Text Box: Miniatures - Mable Vivian Vignette
This ½ inch scale vignette is designed by Bill Lankford and created by Diane M, Smoler. It is constructed of wood, metal, acrylic, shingles, and landscape materials. The Mabel Vivian is a Mississippi paddle boat. The upper level opens to the furnished Captain’s office, a drawing room and a bar. The lower level shows the freight area.
The New Orleans building houses the  “Louisiana Freight Line”. A wing swings open to reveal the furnished office and bathroom in one section. The house holds a furnished waiting room on the bottom level. The furnished bedroom is on the second floor. There is a landscaped back garden with trees. 
The whole vignette is landscaped and is populated with people and animals.  The vignette is on a base that separates.

Boat portion: Height 19 inches, Length 24 inches, Width 12 inches.
House portion: Height 20 inches, Length 24 inches, Width 18 ½ inches
Total: Height 20 inches, Length 24 inches, Width 30 ½ inches
